新しい時代の指標・KPIって、何だろう？令和前夜の創業｜osasai
４月です。春です。期も新しく、事業を成長させようと頑張られている経営者・ビジネスパーソンの方も多いのではないでしょうか。 1. 指標を研究する会社を作りました僕もそんな一人です。この４月から、Hakali（ハカリ）という株式会社を3名で共同創業しております。「指標を研究する会社」です。指標は、KPI(Key Performance Indicator)とも言い変えても大丈夫。 ↓ロゴはこちら。「ししおどし」がモチーフ。指標を研究する会社、始めます ↑共同創業したCEOの小川が書いた創業noteです。「ああ、なんかマーケティングとかのコンサルする会社なのね。。。」といわれてしまいそうですが、あえて「研究」というコトバを使っています。（※もちろん、マーケティングのお手伝いもやります。むしろやらせてください）指標とは、そのくらい深くて、とりわけ経営者や管理職など「事業を成長させたい」と
