携帯が捨てられない――調査で分かったスマートフォンの弱点 ― ＠IT
2007/11/21 マイクロソフトは11月21日、自社で行ったWindows Mobile搭載スマートフォン（以下、スマートフォン）についての調査結果を発表した。スマートフォンのユーザーと携帯電話ユーザーの両者に質問。回答からはスマートフォンの弱点が浮かび上がった。 調査は10月16日から18日にかけてオンラインで実施。サンプル数はWindows Mobileユーザーが206で、携帯ユーザーが516だった。同社は昨年も同様の調査を行っている。 浮かび上がったのはスマートフォンが携帯電話の代替になっていないという実態だ。調査によるとスマートフォンユーザーの64％が2台以上の携帯電話／PHSを使っている。携帯電話だけのユーザーは89％が1台しか使っておらず、2台以上使うユーザーは11％に過ぎない。スマートフォンユーザーは2台以上の端末を保有し、Webサイト閲覧などのデータ通信にはスマートフォ
