ruby script/plugin discover fails with '407 Proxy Authentication Required' - 考えること
ということで、Proxy認証つきの社内LANからdiscoverをするとエラーになります。解決方法は。。。１年ぐらい前からメーリングリストに載っているような気がするんですが。。。 /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/open-uri.rb 上記ファイルの今は216行目にある下記のコード klass = Net::HTTP::Proxy(proxy.host, proxy.port) を klass = Net::HTTP::Proxy(proxy.host, proxy.port, proxy.user, proxy.password) と直してください。私が過去に書きましたが、http_proxyの設定を使うようになります。本当にProxy認証つきの社内LANはやめて欲しいものです。。。余計な工数がかかります。。。

Swiftply(日本語で何て読む？)はRubyで書かれたHTTPに特化したプロキシフレームワークである。ApacheのModProxyBalancerやHAProxyなどのプロキシといったフレームワークと大きく異なる点として、プロキシとアプリケーションサーバの関係が上げられる。Swiftplyではブラウザからのリクエストを受け付けるSwiftplyサーバとリクエストを処理する複数のSwifplyクライアントから構成される。Swiftplyクライアントは全て同じアドレス・ポートでリクエストを待ち受ける。 Swiftiplyサーバーの設定ファイルの作成 config/swiftiply_config.ymlにサーバの設定ファイルを設置する。(パスは任意でOK) cluster_address: 0.0.0.0 cluster_port: 80 #daemonize: true timeout
