日本の核武装問題に関する国内議論への所感
日本の核武装に関する中川氏や麻生氏の発言が問題になっている。政治やマスコミの現場での取り上げられ方は奇妙でしかないのだが、従来の日本政治が正面から取り上げなかった以上、仕方ないかもしれない。以前にもやや関連する内容を書いたが、つらつらとこの問題への感想を述べてみたい。 麻生氏と中川氏の発言はかなり計算されている。中川氏は飛ばしているようにも見えるが明確に管理された発言の印象がある。どのような角度から考えても、諸外国への牽制なのであるが、同時に日本国内への負荷テストを兼ねているだろう。そのため麻生氏よりやや身軽と思われる中川氏の発言は、行政府ではなくあくまで一政党の議員の発言として受け止められる。例えば米国などでは立法府側におけるこの種の意見の多様さは元よりいくらでもある話なので問題が無い。実際は日本の議院内閣制においては結構重い内容を含むのだが。その意味では米国の政治の現場を配慮した形跡も
