CentOS 5.3 on VirtualBox - Ellinikonblue.com Weblog
最近ちょっと、使い込んでいる xVM VirtualBox で いろいろ試した結果をメモ。 まずは CentOS 。 使用したバージョンは 5.3 です。 インストール時は OS タイプとして Red Hat を選択で O.K. 。 OS のインストールは問題なく終了するはずで、 次は Guest Additions の導入。 これを導入しないと VRDP で操作したときに、 マウスカーソルが二つ表示され、まるで二人羽織みたいな操作感になります。 # 最初はちょっとおもしろいですが、すぐにいやになります f^^; まずは OS をインストールしてから yum で update を一通りかけてから、 次にコンパイル環境などをインストールします。 カーネルとそのカーネルコンパイル時のヘッダーの最新版を 一緒にインストールするところがみそ。 yum install gcc make kernel
