下関条約（しものせきじょうやく、旧字体：下關條約󠄁）または馬関条約(ばかんじょうやく、旧字体：馬關條約󠄁)、または日清媾和条約（にっしんこうわじょうやく、旧字体：日淸媾󠄁和條約󠄁）は、1895年（明治28年）4月17日（光緒21年3月23日）に日本と清の間に締結された日清戦争（1894年-1895年）の講和条約[1]。 山口県下関市の料亭春帆楼（しゅんぱんろう）での講和会議を経て締結された[3]。調印者は、日本側全権が伊藤博文・陸奥宗光、清国側全権が李鴻章・李経方である[4]。 前文および11か条からなり、これには付属議定書があって、解釈・批准等について規定している[4]。朝鮮の独立、台湾・遼東半島・澎湖列島の日本への割譲、清から日本への2億テールの賠償金支払い、清の一部市港の開港、最恵国待遇などを内容とする。ただし批准交換までに三国干渉があり、遼東半島は清に返還した[3]。かつて
