1954年パリから現代の京都へ 呑海龍哉ミニ写真展 - 恵文社一乗寺店 スタッフブログ
本日より2週間ほど、書店内の壁面にて京都在住のフォトグラファー・呑海龍哉（ドンカイタツヤ）さんの小さな写真展を開催します。 どこか懐かしい雰囲気を纏う呑海さんのモノクロで切り取られた京都の日常風景。最初に呑海さんの写真を見せていただいた際に頭に浮かんだのは、アンリ・カルティエ・ブレッソン、ロベール・ドアノー、木村伊兵衛ら1950年代パリに集った写真家たちのことでした。 それもそのはず、のちにお話を聞けば撮影に使われたカメラは1954年に発売された"LEICA M3"。まさしくブレッソンが愛用していたモデルです。半世紀の時を超えて同じカメラで写真を撮る、なんともロマンチックではありませんか。フィルムカメラの醍醐味を改めて思い知らされました。 今回刊行された写真集の表紙の唐草模様の風呂敷をかぶったブルドックしかり。呑海さんの写真の魅力の一つは街歩きの途中で偶然出会ったこれまた絵になる被写体たち
