2019年1月から5月に公表されたウェブサイトからのクレジットカード情報漏えい事件まとめ
株式会社ヤマダ電機の運営するECサイトから、最大37,832件のクレジットカード情報が漏洩したと昨日発表されました。ヤマダ電機のように日本を代表する家電量販店のサイトからクレジットカード情報が漏洩したことに私自身驚きました。 弊社が運営する「ヤマダウエブコム・ヤマダモール」への不正アクセスによる個人情報流出に関するお詫びとお知らせ 漏洩した情報は以下のように発表されています。 クレジットカード番号 有効期限 セキュリティコード はてなブックマークやtwitterのコメントを見ていると、「セキュリティコードを保存していたのか」という意見が見えますが、おそらくセキュリティコードは保存されていなかったと推測します。 本稿では、この件を含め、本年の現時点までのウェブサイトからのクレジットカード情報漏えい事件についてまとめました。 事件の一覧 下表に本年(2019年)の現時点までに公表されたウェブサ
HPのPCにキーロガー？ セキュリティ企業が指摘
全てのキー入力を記録したログファイルが、ユーザーにも読める状態で、Cドライブのフォルダ内に保存されているという。 スイスのセキュリティ企業modzeroは5月11日、HPのPC向けオーディオドライバに、入力内容を記録するキーロガーを見付けたと伝えた。 modzeroによると、問題のオーディオドライバは、半導体メーカーのConexantが開発したもので、HPのWebサイトでドライバパッケージとして提供されていた キーロガーは2015年の12月ごろからHPのコンピュータに存在していたことが判明。最新バージョンの1.0.0.46では、全てのキー入力を記録したログファイルが、Cドライブの「ユーザー」フォルダ内にある「パブリック」フォルダに「MicTray.log」の名称で保存され、ユーザーが読める状態になっているという。 このファイルはログインするたびに上書きされるが、プロセス実行やフォレンシック

はじめに PCがcryptojackに感染したと思いきや、感染したのはルータでした、という話です。 8月22日 とあるブログ記事を読んでいたところ、下のスクリーンショットのような読み込み画面とavastによるwebシールドの警告が出てきました。どうやらcoinhiveをブロックしているらしく、ああたまにあるやつだなと思い特に何もしませんでした。しかし、そのあとitmediaや(AT)BIOS、はてなブログにアクセスした際に同様の警告が出たため、流石にこれはおかしいぞと思い始めます。JavaもFlashも無効にしてるし機能拡張もAdBlockしか入れてない、怪しいプロキシを登録しているわけでもない・・・、と一通りチェックした後、とりあえず現状保存のためディスクをバックアップし、システムをavastのフルスキャンにかけて寝ました。 (AT)BIOSにアクセスした際の警告 8月24日 模索 av

Intelプロセッサに新たな脆弱性、投機的実行機能に関連
米Intelは6月13日、Coreベースのマイクロプロセッサに新たな脆弱性が見つかったと発表した。Intelなどのプロセッサで2018年1月に発覚した「Spectre」「Meltdown」と呼ばれる脆弱性と同様に、プロセッサの投機的実行の機能に関連する脆弱性で、悪用されればセンシティブな情報が流出する恐れがある。 Intelによると、今回の脆弱性（CVE-2018-3665）は、Coreベースマイクロプロセッサの「Lazy FP state restore」という機能に存在する。この問題を突いて、サイドチャネル攻撃を仕掛けられれば、1つのプロセスで他のプロセスの値を読み取られる恐れがある。 危険度は中程度、共通脆弱性評価システム（CVSS）の評価値は4.3（最大値は10.0）と位置付けている。 技術情報サイトのBleeping Computerによると、今回の脆弱性はWindowsやLin
