とある事情でブログの更新をサボっている今日この頃。 ただデスクワーク（勉強？）は以前よりも充実してやっている。 しかし、長時間椅子に腰掛けての作業で腰と尻が悲鳴を上げていた。 Herman Miller Aeron Chair Remastered Light 椅子を新調した。 少々お高い買い物ではあったが、長く使う物はケチらない方がいい。自粛生活で無駄遣いが減った分を使っただけと思えば納得のお買い物。 まだ使い始めで体への負担具合は分からないけど、フィット感あり。 益々部屋に籠って知性教養を磨く時間が長くなりそうだ。 ところで、何をしているのか？って…。 新しい椅子にゆったりと腰掛けて、王族のスキャンダルにほくそ笑んでおりまする。Such Is Life.

巷の噂では、このブログの大多数の読者は（約３名ぐらいですが）、田中は牛角の半額キャンペーン以外の焼肉屋には行かないと思っているらしい。 そんなことはない。 その風説を晴らすために、ちょっと高級そうな焼肉屋さんに突撃だ。 足元（牛角の常連であること）を見破られてはいけないので、先ずはサラダを注文して焼肉通の余裕（フリ）を見せておく。 牛角の肉とは明らかに違う赤身の色とサシの入り方だ。 鑑賞に値する肉だ。 盛付けだって違う。こんなデカイ皿に肉が５切だけ。 皿を小さくしてくれてもいいから肉を増やして欲しい…。 いつも（牛角）のように一気に焼いたりしてはいけない。 落ち着くんだ。 食べる分だけを少しずつだ。 と自分に言い聞かせる。 漬物ではない。 壺漬けカルビだという。 こんな手の込んだ演出は牛角では見たことが無い。 壺からお出ましになったカルビはやわらかく そのタレの味付けが何ともリッチだ。 牛
