先週の社員総会で、いくつかの新しい人事制度を発表しました。そのうちのひとつ、退職金制度をスタートしました。これまでも何度も役員会で議論してきたのですが、定年を迎えるような年齢の社員が皆無なため見送ってきました。未来の当社の姿に見通しが立てにくいことや、現在をベースに決めて、将来の経営陣に禍根を残すような制度にしてはいけないと考えていたからです。現在の当社の社員の年齢分布は大半が２０代と３０代です。しかしながら、当社のミッションステートメントにもある「有能な人材が長期に渡って働ける環境を実現」させるため、安心して腰を据えて働いてもらうために今回制度導入に踏み切りました。上の図の年齢構成は３０年後には２０代から６０代までバランスの良い会社にしていきたいと思っています。当社の退職金制度の特徴は、・３０代から積立開始、４０代から受け取れます。・業績連動

社の大多数とマッチしない人は、社員として「下位」なのだろうか。マッチ度合が低くても、組織が強くあるために必要な人材も存在するのでは。大企業なら尚更。/ 業界によるのかな…。
