ITMediaの記事　インサイダー覆面座談会「電子政府“無責任”の連鎖を断て！」から印象に残った発言を抜粋。CIO補佐官ら関係者4人の現場の声。 IT業界の問題点と、官庁の問題点の相乗効果ですごいことになっている。それゆえいろんな問題点が浮き彫りになっているともいえる。笑える話も多いが、笑えない。「全社一丸で頑張ります」なんてアホか？と思うけどこういう会社割とあるからね。本来システム構築には、優秀な人材が不可欠なのに「所詮はバックヤード」という認識があるのがそもそもの間違い。そのうえ、免許制でもないから、何の教育も訓練もつんでない人間が専門家面しているのも問題。担当者レベルに目を向けると、日々の「作業」で疲弊して勉強する気概がない。そのまま、何年かするとブルーカラー気質が染み付いた「マネージャもどき」、「アーキテクトもどき」になって「がんばります」とか言ったりするわけだ。問題の根は深い。
