amazonと楽天の違い
違いといっても買い物する側の視点じゃなくて、店を出してる側からの視点。書いてる奴は、amazonマーケットプレイス100万、楽天500万月商のネットショップ店長。特定されるとまずいので商品ジャンルとかは書かない。他の店のことは知らない。あくまでうちのはなし。 客層amazon：「クリックすればいつか届く」と思っている人が多いのか、こっちから連絡メールを出しても全然返信が返ってこない。納期遅れの連絡メールでも無反応。そのかわり1〜2日遅れるぐらいではまずクレームにならないしレビューで悪く書かれることも殆ど無い。amazonは30日以内なら一部の商品を除き客都合でも返品を受け付けなければいけないが、1年程やって不良品以外の返品は受けたことがない。もっとも、売上が楽天並になったらどうなるかはわからんけど。 楽天：かなりきめ細かく連絡メールしないとクレームになる。携帯とかで注文してドメイン拒否して
