植松氏と伊勢神宮の関係は? 20年に一度の式年遷宮を終え、まだまだ来訪者が途切れることなく訪れている伊勢神宮の公式サイトに、伊勢神宮を紹介するイントロダクションムービーが公開されている。この音楽を『ファイナルファンタジー』シリーズの作曲でおなじみの植松伸夫氏が担当していることが明らかとなったのだ。 これは植松氏が主宰するドッグイヤー・レコーズの2012年9月19日のブログで予告されており、そのなかで、「宮司さん達が『私もFFの音楽のファンでして...』と口々に言うその光景にはなんだか不思議な感じがいたしました。」との記述が見られる。 これが1年半の時間を経て、一般に公開されたのだ。 サイトの右下隅にあるムービースタッフの項目をクリックすると、植松氏をはじめ、植松氏の元同僚にあたるデザイナー皆葉英夫氏の名前なども確認できる。 流れる曲のタイトルは、「いせの いすずの もりのみや」。植松氏の音
