Visual Studio Express 2017 for Windows Desktop は利用条件が緩い環境だったため、以前この開発環境をよく利用していました。 現在の状況からみると扱える対象環境があまりに古く、今これで何か作り始めようとしたら初めから技術負債を抱えるようなものなので使いたい場面自体がほとんどありませんが、まれに古い環境の確認として利用したくなる場合があります。 ただ、これを記載している時点で Microsoft の Visual Studio Express とキャプションされたページから Visual Studio Express 2017 をダウンロードすることは出来なくなっています。Dev Essentials からも入手できないようです。 それならと諦めても良いのですが、ちょっと調べてみたら方法があったので書いています。 Express 2017 は Vis
