「基幹系」と「AI」の意外な関係
会計や販売、生産、人事など業務を支える基幹系システムや、基幹系の周辺にある業務システムにAI（人工知能）を取り入れようとする動きが加速している。後押しするのは、相次ぎ登場するAIを取り入れた基幹系システム向けのパッケージソフトやSaaS（ソフトウエア・アズ・ア・サービス）だ。ワークスアプリケーションズのERP（統合基幹業務システム）「HUE」や、米マイクロソフトのERP「Dynamics 365」のように、既に利用できる製品やサービスも登場し、基幹系などの業務システムにAIを活用しやすくなっている（表）。
