主情主義(しゅじょうしゅぎ、英: emotionalism)とは、人間の精神(魂)中で、感情・情緒・感覚・欲望の働きを(知性・理性や意志よりも)重視する哲学・神学・心理学・文学上の立場のこと。知性・理性の働きを重視する主知主義(英: intellectualism)や、意志の働きを重視する主意主義(英: voluntarism)と対置される。文脈によっては、感情主義(かんじょうしゅぎ、英: sentimentalism)[1]や快楽主義(英: hedonism)とも同義で用いられる。 歴史[編集]
