ミュージシャンら12人の遺体、メキシコ北部の井戸で発見
［モンテレー ２８日 ロイター］ メキシコ北部ヌエボレオン州の報道官は２８日、武装したグループに先週誘拐されたバンドのメンバーなど１２人の遺体が井戸から発見されたと発表した。 発見された遺体のうち４人の身元が判明し、このうち１人はコロンビア国籍だという。４人は全員、「ポデロソ・コンボ・コロンビア」というバンドのロゴが入ったＴシャツを着ていたという。 報道官は、同州モンテレー近郊のバーで２４日、ミュージシャン１２人を含む１８人が誘拐されたとしている。脱出したバンドのメンバーの１人は警察に対し、武装グループに誘拐されたと述べた。犯罪組織に属しているかどうか聞かれ、答えないと銃で撃たれたという。

メキシコの刑務所で脱走未遂、看守と衝突し死者１７人
（ＣＮＮ） メキシコ北部ドゥランゴ州当局は１８日、同州の刑務所で大規模脱走が企てられ、これを刑務所側が阻止しようとしたことから衝突が起こり、受刑者１１人と看守６人の１７人が死亡したと明らかにした。 同州ゴメスパラシオ市の刑務所で大規模な脱走が発生し、これを止めようとした看守との間で衝突が発生したという。国営放送によれば、看守が暴動を抑制しようと空中に向かって発砲したが、そこから銃撃戦に発展したという。 脱走の企ては軍によって阻止された。当局が首謀者などについて調査を行っている。 この刑務所では昨年も衝突が発生し受刑者１１人が死亡している。
