Smart Wellness City 首長研究会 「我が国の超高齢・人口減社会によって生じる様々な社会課題を、自治体自ら克服するため、この危機感を共有する首長が集結し、健幸をこれからのまちづくりの基本に据えた政策を連携しながら実行することにより、最新の科学技術や科学的根拠に基づく持続可能な新しい都市モデル『Smart Wellness City』の構築を目指す」という宣言のもと、「健幸」をまちづくりの基本に据えた、新しい都市モデル『Smart Wellness City』の構築を目指す首長の同志が集まり、平成21年11月に発足いたしました。 『Smart Wellness City』の実現に向けて、毎年2回の研究会を定期的に開催しています。
