安倍晋三首相は21日、参院平和安全法制特別委員会で民主党の蓮舫代表代行の質問中、自席から「まあいいじゃん、そんなこと」とやじを飛ばした。 蓮舫氏の抗議を受け、鴻池祥肇委員長（自民）が「自席での発言は控えてほしい」と注意。首相はすぐに発言を撤回した。 蓮舫氏は、中谷元防衛相の答弁が、武力行使の一体化に関する大森政輔元内閣法制局長官の「大森4原則」と、周辺事態を例示した野呂田芳成元防衛庁長官の「野呂田6類型」を混同していると指摘し、質疑を一時中断。その際に首相にやじられ、「どうでもいいとはどういうことか」と反発した。 首相は「本質とは関わりないと言った。どうでもいいとは言っていない」と反論したが、委員長の注意を受けて発言を取り消した。
