今年度から、すべての新入生が授業用のタブレット型端末を購入した佐賀県の県立高校で、参考書などの電子教材をダウンロードできないトラブルが相次いでいることがわかった。 県教委によると、トラブルは全３６校のうち３４校で発生。電子教材の情報量が多いためとみられ、端末を使った授業の開始は当初予定より１か月遅れ、早くても５月中旬頃になる見通しという。 県教委によると、問題の電子教材は、主要５教科（国語、数学、英語、理科、社会）のほか、美術や家庭科の参考書や問題集など計５２種類で、教科書会社１１社が作成。生徒が授業中に教科書会社のサーバーからダウンロードしようとしたが、授業時間（５０分）内に終了しない事態が続いている。県教委が調べたところ、名画などが多い美術、実験の動画が含まれる理科など、情報量が多い教材ほどトラブルも多いことが判明。生徒４０人がダウンロードを完了するまでに８時間以上かかるケースもあ
