北朝鮮で揺れ、震源は核実験場付近か 米ＵＳＧＳ
（ＣＮＮ） 米地質調査所（ＵＳＧＳ）は１２日、北朝鮮北部で地震のような揺れを観測したと発表した。 震源は過去２回の核実験が実施された付近という。揺れの規模はマグニチュード（Ｍ）４．９で、震源の深さは約１キロ。 国営朝鮮中央通信は同日、北朝鮮が朝鮮労働党の会議で「強力な全面行動」に出る方針を確認したと伝えていた。 朝鮮中央通信によると、同会議は「人工衛星と長距離ロケットの打ち上げを継続する必要性を強調」するとともに、「命令が出れば即座に米国と韓国のかいらい軍を壊滅させ、朝鮮の歴史的統一を成し遂げるため、強力な全面行動を実行し、準備に総力を挙げる」と宣言していた。 国連安全保障理事会は先月、北朝鮮が１２月に衛星を搭載した長距離ロケットを打ち上げたことを受け、制裁強化の決議を採択した。 これに反発した北朝鮮は、核実験の実施と再度の長距離ロケット打ち上げを予告し、米国に対する敵対姿勢を強めていた。
