別に今のラノベが面白くないとは言っていない。 なぜなら大学を卒業して就職して以来、ラノベを一切読んでいないしアニメ化作品すら見てもいないからだ。 前回このような記事を投稿してみたところ、思った以上の反響をいただいた。 funny-creative.hatenablog.com 少々エキセントリックなタイトルなので、批判を受けるかもしれないと危惧していたが全くの杞憂だった。 そもそもファフナーという作品自体が対話の重要性を説いている作品なので、本文を読まずにいきなり殴りかかってくるファンなど最初から居るわけはなかったのだ。心配しすぎだった。 書いてみて気が付いたのは「大人向けの作品を子どもが楽しもうとしても難しい」という結論だった。 そしてこれは、裏を返せば「子ども向けの作品を大人が見ても楽しめないのは当たり前」という意味合いも含んでいる。 僕は高校の頃、ラノベも漫画もアニメも大好きだったが

『蒼穹のファフナー』はぶっちゃけ全然面白くなかった - Funny-Creative BLOG
現在、第2期絶賛放映中の『蒼穹のファフナー』だが、毎週楽しみに録画して見ている。 第1期はリアルタイムで見ていたし、前日譚である『RIGHT OF LEFT』も同様だ。 『宇宙のstellvia』を切っ掛けにファンになったangelaのCDも買ってしまった。 （おこづかいの少ない高校生の自分が作品に投資できる手段はこれぐらいしかなかった） もちろん劇場版である『HEAVEN AND EARTH』も見ている。 作品に対してはフラットに楽しんでいるつもりだが、どちらかと言えばファンという括りになるかもしれない。 だがぶっちゃけ『蒼穹のファフナー』を初めて視聴したとき、僕の正直な感想は「つまらないアニメ」だった。 見終わってしばらく経ってから、なぜか急に一転してファンになったのだ。 面白いと思った作品をつまらなく感じてしまうことはあっても、逆はかなり珍しい。 なぜそうなったのかと尋ねられれば、答
