ちきりんは2年前に「日本が採用すべき10個の政策」について書いていて、その中で道州制を支持をしています。今日は「道州制」についての、ちきりんの考え方をまとめておきます。 ＜道州制のマイ定義＞ いろんな方が提案しており、「どれが正しい定義か」というのはありません。ちきりんがイメージしているのは、下記のようなものです。 ・国は外交、国防、憲法、天皇制に関することのみを業務として担当。 ・現在、国が担当しているそれ以外のことはすべて「道州」が担当する。（例：税制＆税率、教育、社会福祉、雇用規制、移民規制、公用語の設定、医療制度、その他） ・全国は５〜８個くらいの道州に分かれる ・その下に、住民サービスを手がける基礎自治体（今の市のレベル、大都市では区のレベル）が存在する ・結果として、国会議員の数は100名以下でいいし、霞ヶ関もほぼ解体。道州の長は直接選挙がいいと思います。 ＜道州制支持の理由＞
