大日本印刷、印刷物とデジタルコンテンツをつなぐスマホ用アプリ開発
大日本印刷は24日、雑誌やチラシ、ポスターなどに掲載されている画像にスマートフォンをかざすことで、関連するコンテンツが閲覧できるアプリ「QUEMA for Smartphone(キューマ フォー スマートフォン)」を発表した。同日より、Androidマーケットにて提供を開始する。 「QUEMA for Smartphone」は、雑誌の誌面や商品のパッケージ、店頭販促物といった紙メディアに埋め込まれた「DCコード」をスマートフォンで読み込むことで、Webサイトや動画・音声などのデジタルコンテンツへ素早くアクセスできるスマートフォンアプリ。GPSとの連動機能も搭載されているため、位置情報の活用も可能となっている。 今回開発されたアプリは、顧客企業のクロスメディアプロモーションを支援するために汎用化されたもの。汎用アプリを利用することにより、企業側は従来のように個別にアプリを開発する場合に比べ、
