「津波のひみつ」（マンガでわかる津波の危険）
3月11日に起こった東北地方太平洋沖地震ですが、地震の被害もさることながら津波の被害が非常に大きなものとなりました。 昨日1日、Twitterやmixi、その他のネットなどで、多くの人が、周りで起こっていることを報告しているのを見ました。 そういった中で感じたのは、私を含めて、津波の怖さを、情報としては知っていても、なかなか実感できていなかったということです。 また、津波の恐ろしさを知識として知らずに、津波警報を軽視している人もいることを知りました。 そこで、そういった人に分かりやすく情報を伝えたいということと、今回の地震で何か自分にできることはないだろうかということを考えて、津波についてのマンガを描きました。 拙いマンガですが、津波の危険について知る一助となればと思います。また、今回のマンガを描くにあたって参考にしたWebページの一覧を、末尾に付しましたので参考にしてください。それでは、

政府は１１日の閣議で、コンピューターウイルスの作成行為を直接罪に問えるウイルス作成罪の創設を柱とする刑法などの改正案を決定した。ウイルスをばらまくなど被害が短時間で拡散しやすいサイバー犯罪の摘発を可能とする。 正当な理由なくウイルスを作成したり、ばらまいた場合は３年以下の懲役または５０万円以下の罰金。取得・保管の場合も２年以下の懲役または３０万円以下の罰金とする。わいせつな画像データを不特定多数に電子メールで送信する行為も処罰対象とした。【石川淳一】
