ドイツスタディツアー報告 ― 連携と革新 2009年11月22日から11月29日まで，ゲーテ・インスティトゥート（ドイツ文化センター）の主催により，日本とドイツの大学・研究所の図書館員が情報交換を行う，スタディツアーが開催された。日本から，国立情報学研究所（NII），科学技術振興機構（JST），物質・材料研究機構（NIMS），放射線医学総合研究所（NIRS），宇宙航空研究開発機構（JAXA），北海道大学，東北大学，一橋大学，筑波大学，京都大学，九州大学の12名の職員が参加し，ドイツ国立図書館，ゲッティンゲン大学図書館，技術情報図書館，バイエルン州立図書館，マックスプランク電子図書館の5機関を訪問した。主に， オープンアクセス，リポジトリ，電子化，デジタルアーカイブ等について，日独合計約50本のプレゼンテーションが5日間で行われ，活発な意見交換がなされた。本稿では，紙幅の許す範囲でこのツアー

drillhanz - 論文を読むのにお金がかかるということ ほいほい，元相互貸借担当で現雑誌購読担当であるところの某大学図書館職員のおれが答えますよ。 金のかかる雑誌の論文を読めるようにする方法。 大学が金を払う 雑誌購読や電子ジャーナル購読など，所属大学で費用負担をすることで読めるパターン。これが一番よくある。 ちなみに学術雑誌がどれくらい高いのかを言いますと，年間購読で10万円というのは安い部類です。外国の学術雑誌だと20万前後あたりが一番多い感触。本気で高いのだと冊子体のみで80万なんてのもあります。これに電子ジャーナルくっつけると100万なんて余裕で超えます。うちの大学は確か電子ジャーナルと学術雑誌経費と足すと1億とか超えてんじゃないだろうか。帝大クラスとかすげーんだろうなー。 読む人が金を払う 学会に入る，雑誌を買って読む，論文をPay per Viewで買う，電子ジャーナルを
