天満屋の渡邉桃子選手が今月末に行われる2024大阪ハーフマラソンにエントリーしてきました。 MGCを疲労骨折で走れなかった渡邉桃子選手にとってここが復帰戦ですね。 MGCでは地元天満屋の選手を応援していましたが、個人的には渡邉桃子選手に期待してました。 マラソンにおいて能力も大事ですが、一番はメンタルの強さが問われるのがマラソンだと思っています。 ２時間以上も身体を動かし続けないといけないという競技においてメンタルが能力以上に大事なのは間違いないです。 トップ選手になるとそこまで差がでてこなくなります。 今の日本のトップ選手は、２時間２２分前後で走る力は１０人以上の選手が持っているように思われます。 そこからもうひとつ殻を破っていける選手がまだ出てないだけで、個人的にはこれからの４年で何人か２０分台をブレイクして１０分台にステップアップしていくんじゃないかと思っています。 能力的には差がな
