It’s the anniversary of the Uzdol massacre, the 2nd of 2 massacres (the 1st in Grabovica) perpetrated by members of the Bosnian Army vs. Bosnian Croat civilians in Sept 93 during the ARBiH-HVO conflict. 62 civilians were killed in the 2 attacks; atrocities to remember & condemn.
7/28future 🇧🇦 elxns/constitutional reform initiatives must: reflect all ECHR/BiH Const Crt decisions; occur exclusively w/in 🇧🇦 state institutions; involve all parliamentary actors; bring 🇧🇦 closer to Euro-Atlantic democratic standards; be certified via a 🇧🇦-wide referendum./
