こんにちはトソです。 雨も降り始め少しばかり肌寒さも出てきたイギリス。 まだまだ夏は終わらない事を望みますがどうなることやら・・・。 しかし、仕事は残業ばかり！忙しい忙しい！ とはいってもそれなりに筋トレは欠かさずしていました。 そして、家でも週末の土、日は夜8時までD.I.Y。絨毯からフローリングに 張り替えました。 仕上がりはこれです。 寝室と廊下を張り替えました。リビングは既に変えていたので 絨毯が張られていた箇所を修正。キレイに仕上がりました！（素人にしては） 作業中は筋トレ場所確保を考えた上で先にトレーニングができる スペースから張替えをしていき、徐々に拡大していきました。 筋トレスペースと子供達の勉強＆遊びスペースの確保は重要ですからね！ 筋トレの方はXfa Fitnessを観ながらフルボディートレーニングを主に 行っていました。 残業ばかりでしたのでどうしても時間の節約を考え
