イテレーション最終日を金曜日にしない - VOYAGEGROUP アジャイル戦略室ブログ
photo by fixlr こんにちは、VOYAGE GROUPアジャイル戦略室の@chiseiです。 突然ですがみなさんはイテレーションの終わりに何曜日を設定しますか？ 私は金曜日以外に設定しています。 金曜日はさっさと帰りたい 花の金曜日、さっさと帰りたいですよね？ 金曜日をイテレーション最終日にすると成果物のフィードバックMTG、スコープの振り返りMTGや次回イテレーションのスコープ定義MTGなど数々のMTGをこなし決定事項をまとめ、イテレーション中に完了しなかったチケットを移動したり処分したり、、、本当にやることてんこ盛りです。ただでさえ週末は忙しいのにイテレーションの最終日に設定してしまうと肉体的にも精神的にもきついです。 もし金曜日がリリース日だったら イテレーション最終日はキリが良いのでリリース日に設定してしまう、なんてことはないでしょうか？ 金曜日＝リリース日だといろいろ
