“おせち問題”でYouTubeに謝罪動画 米GrouponのCEO「クーポン発行数の妥当性、確認する」 「われわれは、新年が日本人にとってどれぐらい重要か知っている。本当に申し訳ない」――Grouponで半額チケットを販売したおせち料理が期日に届かないなどトラブルが起きた件について、米Groupon本社のアンドリュー・メイソンCEOが謝罪した動画が、YouTubeで公開された。 投稿は1月16日付け。メイソンCEOは動画で、店舗がさばき切れる枚数以上のクーポンを発行してしまったことが今回のトラブルの原因と説明。今後は、店舗と一緒にクーポン発行上限数の妥当性を検討し、許容量以上のクーポンを発行しないよう徹底していくと話している。 米国など日本以外のGrouponでは、似たようなトラブルを過去に経験しており、上限枚数の妥当性確認を徹底しているという。だがグルーポンジャパンは若い会社で、急成長し
