2011年03月12日05:50 カテゴリエネルギー 福島第一原発について 昨夜から出ている原発についての情報が錯綜しており、メディアの報道もミスリーディングなので、簡単に問題を整理しておく。 朝日新聞によると、福島第一原発の原子炉は地震で緊急停止したが、緊急炉心冷却装置(ECCS)が動かなくなった。別の装置で炉心に水を入れて冷やしていたが、午後8時半にはそれも止まったという。ECCSは炉心の温度が上がりすぎたとき、自動的に高い水圧で炉心に冷却水を注入する装置で、これが作動しなくなったというのは重大な事故である。 東電の発表によれば、炉心に注水する隔離時冷却装置は動いていたがこれも停止。停電に加えて非常用発電機もすべて停止し、冷却できない状態になっているという。その結果、格納容器の中の蒸気が過熱して圧力が高まったため、蒸気を放出することになった。メディアはそればかり報じているが、蒸気の放出
