Airbnbのリブランディングにみる数値ではなく理念を重視するデザイン
2014年秋に、自分の住宅の空きスペースを貸し出すAirbnbがそのほぼ全てをリデザインしました。Airbnbのみで行ったものではなく、イギリスのデザインエージェンシーDesign Studioの協力のもと行いました。 Design Studioのサイトに載っているその内容を、主にプロダクト（web/App）を中心に紹介していきます。 Airbnbがリブランディングを行った目的は「テクノロジーブランドからライフスタイルブランドへ変化する」ためでした。ただ、世界中の家に泊まれるサービスではなく、サービスの体験を通して世界中に家がある、世界中が自分の居場所であることを実感できるものへと進化させる目的です。 （おそらく次の成長フェーズを考えてより一般層に向けてサービスを見直す必要があったのでしょう） その目的のもとロゴアイデンティティ、プロダクト、Airbnbのほぼ全てのデザインを変更しました。
