従来のfree dynosとHeroku PostgresのHobby Devに相当する、それぞれ月5ドルのecoプランができるみたい。合わせて月10ドル。従前の一番安い有料プランで月16ドルくらいだったから検討の余地あり。（結局学生向けのアナウンスは？）

Herokuに Eco Dyno や Mini Postgres、Mini Redis が登場するそう。会社の小さなアプリに使えそう。結論先送りにして何もしてなくて良かった
