IEEEの公式コメント出た。HUAWEI社員の論文査読・編集への参加が制限され、それ以外の学会活動は引き続き可能とのこと。完全な憶測だけど、IEEE側がかなり粘って米国政府との妥結ラインをキープした感じがするな。
