はじめまして。 不安障害により、心療内科で薬をいただきつつ カウンセリングに通っているものです。 一番最初に通っていたところは 特別高く、ある病気？の専門研究家みたいなところでした。 そこが、インターネットのskypeを通じたカウンセリングで \12,500/50分でした。 今は、臨床心理士のかたのカウンセリングルームに通っており、 \5,250/50分です。 大学の講師のところにも通いましたが、そこは \3,500/50分でした。 専門研究家のカウンセリングは特段高く、 相場としてはやはり4,000～6,000円程度ではないでしょうか？ ご参考になれば幸いです。
