ハーグ条約加盟の方針固める 5月12日 4時32分 政府は、国際結婚が破綻した場合などに相手に無断で国外に連れ帰った子どもを元の国に戻す手続きを定めた「ハーグ条約」について、子どもの返還を拒否できる事由を明確にした国内法を制定したうえで、条約に加盟する方針を固めました。 「ハーグ条約」は、国際結婚が破綻した場合などに相手に無断で子どもを国外に連れ出すことを認めず、元の国に戻す手続きを定めた国際的な取り決めで、８０か国以上が加盟しています。日本は、家庭内暴力が原因で離婚した場合は子どもに危険が及ぶおそれがあるなどとして、加盟していませんが、アメリカやフランスから離婚した日本人が子どもを無断で日本に連れ帰りトラブルが相次いでいるとして、加盟を求められています。こうしたなかで、政府はことし１月から外務省や法務省など関係省庁による検討を進めてきましたが、今月下旬にフランスでＧ８＝主要国首脳会議が開
