2024 の振り返り
2025 年に書いています。2024 を振り返ります。 仕事 現職 12 年目がそろそろ終わる。2023 末に Head of Security and IT というポジションを継いだり1、その上で Corporate Engineering チームではオフィスの池尻大橋移転があったので主にその方面の仕事をしたりしていた。一方プロダクト方面では Software Engineer (Platform) な帽子も引き続き持っていて、One Experience という、従来ばらばらに開発していたグローバル版に日本版のシステムをマージするという大掛りなプロジェクトをずっとやっていた。といっても、自分は前述の通り別の責務が増えてしまっていて、キックオフや方針決め、日英のブリッジ、セキュリティ面のコードレビューに関わったくらいで実作業はあんまりできていない 2。これらを総括すると引き続き仕事の 4
