２８日午後５時半ごろ、埼玉県ふじみ野市大井のスーパー銭湯「真名井の湯大井店」で、室内の気圧を下げる「減圧室」にいた客の男性（６５）と女性（５８）＝いずれも同県富士見市＝が倒れているのを従業員が発見、１１９番通報した。２人は病院に搬送されたが間もなく死亡した。東入間署は司法解剖で２人の死因の特定を進めるとともに、事故の可能性があるとみて調べている。 同署によると、減圧室は「パスカル健康房」と呼ばれ、約５年前に設置。８人がけのいすがあり、気圧を高度３５００メートルと同程度まで自動的に減圧する。約４５分後に自動的にドアが開く構造で、新陳代謝や血行促進の効果があるとされる。 ２人は同日午後４時から２人だけで同室に入っていたが、４５分を過ぎても出てこないことを不審に思った従業員が室内を確認したところ、倒れていたという。従業員によると、ドアは閉まったままだった。同日は２人の前に５～６人の客が減圧室を利
