新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大は、大学生の就職意識にも変化をもたらしているようです。 ▽就職情報大手「マイナビ」が、来春卒予定の大学生、大学院生に「就職観」について尋ねたところ、「楽しく働きたい」が減少し、「人のためになる仕事がしたい」との回答が増えました。 就職観を尋ねた項目での回答では、「楽しく働きたい」との回答は最も多かったものの、12～2月の調査に比べて3月は5.8ポイント減少しました。 昨年の同時期の調査では38.9%でしたからことしは7点8ポイントも減っています。 逆に「人のためになる仕事がしたい」と答えた人は、12月～2月の調査と比べ4.7ポイント増加。 昨年の同時期の調査よりも4.6ポイント増えています。 この調査は緊急事態宣言が発令される前の3月20日までが締め切りでしたが、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大が、就活観にも影響を及ぼしているようです。 ▽次は、就職先として選ぶ企業
