This is a bug really, but it "worked fine" in Rails 3. I assume they will fix the gem eventually. But in the meantime, in Rails 4, it is broken and as far as I can tell there's no way to work around it. The simple short term fix is to compile both digest and nondigest assets for this gem, but I don't see any way to do tha
