新型コロナ接触通知技術「Exposure Notifications Express」が登場しても「日本ではCOCOAが必要」な理由
9月2日、米Appleと米Googleは、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策の一環として使われている「接触通知」技術の基盤について、新しい発表を行った。以前から使われている「Exposure Notifications System（接触通知システム、ENS）」の次の段階に当たる「Exposure Notifications Express（接触通知エクスプレス、ENE）」と呼ばれる仕組みだ。 簡単にいえば「接触確認アプリ」を用意することなく、スマートフォンのOS上で機能をオンにすることで、接触確認アプリと同じことを可能にするものだ。 ただし、この機能の狙いと「日本での使われ方」については誤解も多々ある。そこで、仕組みと日本での意味について解説してみたい。 「接触確認アプリ」登場の流れをおさらい 接触確認アプリとは、スマートフォンのBluetoothを使い、「1m以内に15分間以上いた」人同士を

～Introduction～ こんにちは、Circulation - Cameraです。今回は久しぶりにカメラの豆知識ネタです。今回のテーマは「環境の明るさの評価」です。まずはこちらの写真をご覧ください。 御覧の通りピーカンのビーチで撮影した1枚です。 この写真はISO 100, F 8.0, SS 1/640 secという設定で撮影されております。 ※SS ＝ シャッタースピード さて、同じ設定で少し曇った日に撮影をすると下の写真のようになります。 明らかに露出がアンダーですよね。 これをF値やISO感度を動かさずに、適正露出で撮影しようとするとこうなりました。 ISO 100, F 8.0, SS 1/640 sec ➡ ISO 100, F 8.0, SS 1/80 sec 今度はこれと同じ設定で一歩だけ屋内に入った場所で撮影してみます。体感的にはほとんど明るさは変わらない場所です
