Naked man covered in blood was 'in a zombie state' as he tried to steal cars in Victorville

A naked man covered in blood terrorized a Victorville neighborhood when he broke into an apartment and tried to carjack three vehicles, including a sheriff’s patrol cruiser, before he was finally arrested, authorities said Tuesday. Deputies say Daniel Anglin, 19, of San Bernardino was likely under the influence of a controlled substance Monday when he began a rampage on the streets of Victorville.
