「Windows Phone 7からDropboxへファイルをアップロード/ダウンロードするエントリ」を書いたので、さっそく自分でもDropbox APIを活用するアプリを書いてみました。 Picture Hubからアップロードする超簡単なアプリなので、安易に「Dropbox Uploader」と付けて、Dropboxに制限なしのProduction申請をしたところ、そのアプリ名は認められないと怒られてしまいました。Dropbox Branding Guideに従ってくださいとの事でした。簡単に説明すれば、 OK ほげほげ Dropbox ほげほげ with Dropbox NG Dropbox ほげほげ 「seePixiv」の名前が「deepSee」になっていたように、自社の商標を含むアプリは排除する方向にあるみたいですね*1。たしかTwitterも「Twitter」を含むアプリ名は制限

App Hub でのアプリ名を入力する App Hub のダッシュボード上で管理するプロジェクトの名前を入力してください。(日本語入力も可能) 配布対象を選択する アプリの公開先を選択します。ここでは「パブリック Marketplace」を選択します。 ファイルをアップロードする xap ファイルをアップロードします。アップロード可能な xap ファイルの詳細についてはこちらを参照ください。 アプリのバージョン番号を指定する アプリのバージョンを指定します。このバージョンはマーケットプレース カタログ上にも表示されます。 技術的な例外適用の申請 (オプション) 認定時、技術的な例外の適用が必要な場合、チェックしてください。こちらから技術的な例外の適用を申請するフォームをダウンロードし、必要項目を記入後、アップロードしてください。(すべて英語でご記入ください) 以上の入

Windows Phone 7用の 3S Tweet を更新しようとした時の話です。 ＸＡＰファイルをアップしようとすると、 「更新プログラムでサポートする言語の数は、更新前のアプリケーションインスタンスでサポートしていた数より少なくできません。」 というエラーでアップできませんでした。 ただし、Marketplace が日本語を受け付けていなかった頃なので、AppHub には英語とドイツ語しか認識されていませんでした。 今回、言語数は変更せずに更新を行ったので、このエラーは納得いかなかったのですが、どうやら AppHub 側のチェック仕様が変わったようです。 過去の twitter の TL では、Assembly Information の Neutral Language が "(none)" だとＮＧだという話でしたが、3S Tweet では "English (United St
