@IT にて 2013流行語アプリ選手権＆総選挙 by ＠IT Windowsタブレット向けアプリ開発 - ＠IT というコンテストをやっているようなので、参加してみることにしました。 が、予想外なところでハマってしましました。 アプリパッケージを作って、申請するところまで順調だったのですが、 「お支払い方法の検証」というステップで引っかかってしまいました。 どうやら、マイクロソフトとしては、アプリ申請者の本人確認の方法として、 引き落とされた金額（少額）を入力させることにより、クレジットカードのアカウント検証を行う仕組みを取っているようです。 ここで問題だったのは、自分が、クレジットカード明細を郵送で送ってもらうように していたため、２ヶ月先でないと、引き落とし金額が分からないという問題でした。 ＠ITの事務局の方にメールで相談してみたところ、クレジットカード会社に問い合わせてみたら？
