同じような運用してるけど課題管理ツールを中心にしてるなら最適だと思う。うちはブランチ名考えるのが面倒な場合はdescription省くことがあったり、リリースブランチだけは release prefix つけてる。

gitブランチの命名規則について。(issueのID)-(short descriptionを-でつなぐ)。issue IDを頭につけるの確かにいいかも。皆さんどうしてますか。
