平成29年6月6日 公正取引委員会 競争政策研究センター 近年，IoT（Internet of Things）※の普及や人工知能関連技術の高度化を背景として，「ビッグデータ」の解析で得られる知見が，既存の業界の垣根を越えた新たな革新を生むことが期待されています。データを事業活動に生かすことの重要性が高まる中で，データの利活用を促すことに資するような競争政策上の課題について検討を行うことが必要となっています。 このような状況を踏まえ，公正取引委員会は，競争政策研究センター内に「データと競争政策に関する検討会」（座長：後藤晃 東京大学名誉教授）を設置し，データの収集及び利活用に関連する競争政策並びに独占禁止法上の論点を整理するため，本年1月からこれまで6回にわたって会議を開催し，検討を行ってきました。 この度，同検討会における，これまでの検討を踏まえ，報告書を取りまとめましたので，公表いたしま
