C_L 8MHzのArduinoは分周比の関係で115200bpsを生成できず許容範囲外のボーレートになるので、シリアル通信で文字化けが発生する。PC-9801FAかよっ！（8MHz系でシリアルがくそだったマシン）

Every byte arduino sends is OK, but when receiving, if i send, for example, 4 bytes in a row from the PC, only the first byte is readed ok.
