ジョン・サックレーの写真集『My Room 天井から覗く世界のリアル 55ヵ国1200人のベッドルーム』が本日3月16日に刊行された。 ジョン・サックレーは南アフリカ生まれのフランス人映画監督・写真家。これまでにソニーやコカコーラ、 EUなどのCM制作を手掛けたほか、2010年より世界中の18歳～30歳のベッドルームを撮影するプロジェクト『My Room Project』を開始。6年間にわたって世界55か国1200人のベッドルームを撮影し、2017年に写真集『My Room Project Portrait of a generation』をフランスで出版した。 『My Room 天井から覗く世界のリアル 55ヵ国1200人のベッドルーム』は同著を邦訳したもので、84人の寝室の写真とインタビューを掲載。全て部屋の中央にいる被写体が、天井から吊るされたカメラを見上げるという同じアングルで撮影
