ブラック大学の内部からみた現状
東北大学がブラック企業にノミネートされた。 俺は東北大学を今年卒業した社会人だが、覚えてる範囲で概略をつらつら述べてこうと思う 俺がいたのは理学部のとある学科だ。そこでマスターまでとった。 修論を書いてる時は心労でマジで死ぬかと思った。何度か理学部にある総合棟から身を投げそうになった。 今から話す内容はあくまで一部の事である。特定を避けるためにあえて抽象的にしてある。すまない。 ブラック企業に選ばれた理由を理解してもらう一番簡単な方法は深夜、何時でもいいから東北大学のキャンパス、特に山の上と呼ばれる青葉山付近に来てみることだと思う。 いくつかの研究室に明かりがついている。しかも、決まって同じ部屋に。 東北大学のすべての研究室がブラックということではない。特定の研究室がブラックなのだ。 しかし、そのブラック研究室の労働環境は想像を絶する。 土日も来るのは当たり前、深夜12時を回っても帰る学生
